Should you for any reason your are not completely satisfied with our service  within the first 30 days from the start date you contract with us, we will refund your monthly hosting fee. This does not include any set-up, domain charges (Internic or CA Domain) or web design, programming, or graphic design work.

In order to receive the refund, we require you to send a letter requesting the termination of your contract within the first 30 days of account activation. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Web design, set-up , Domain charges, and any other custom design or programming services are excluded.
